In response to the Department for Education’s Children’s Social Care: Stable Homes Built on Love proposals, the Association of London Directors of Children’s Services (ALDCS) have formed a London Coordination Group to steward the years ahead.
Their first task has been to develop the regional response to the government consultation, representing London’s views on the proposals outlined in the Stable Homes Built on Love Strategy, the Child and Family Social Worker Workforce and the National Framework and Dashboard.
These collaborative responses are representative of general views from London as developed by the London Coordination Group and the London Innovation & Improvement Alliance. Every Local Authority had the opportunity to also respond to the consultation response directly.
